Rick Kueber, CEO of Glow Brands, is a visionary entrepreneur with a proven track record of identifying and scaling successful businesses. His journey began at age 22 with Video Vault, a 13-unit video rental chain he built and sold.

In 1999, Rick co-founded Sun Tan City. Through his leadership, the business grew from a single location into an industry leader with over 250 units and more than $150 million in annual revenue. Currently a system-wide conversion to Wellness City is taking place, marking a new phase of growth.

Rick’s portfolio expanded in 2012 when he became a top-tier franchisee for Planet Fitness, developing over 70 units. He then spearheaded an investment in Buff City Soap, guiding its rapid expansion from 10 to over 250 locations.

Never slowing down, Rick's latest venture is an investment in 7 Brew Coffee, with plans to develop over 80 units. Beyond his businesses, he co-founded the American Suntanning Association and was recognized as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year® 2010. His philanthropy includes a $1 million donation to fund an entrepreneurial career pathway in Kentucky, the largest private donation to a public school district in the state's history.
